Kevin Klein has a diverse work experience in the technology and media industry. Kevin is currently the Head of Engineering at Flower Co., a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Life360 starting in June 2019. In 2018, Kevin was a Senior Software Engineer at Obeo.io and in 2013 they held the same position at BloomThat. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Atleas LLC. Before transitioning to software engineering, Kevin worked in the media industry. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an A/V Infrastructure Specialist at Media Arts Lab and as a Systems Administrator at Nomad Edit. At MCFilmworks, they were the Technical Manager from 2008 to 2009, where they oversaw technical operations, performed online editing and assistant editorial work, and managed workflows and design.

Kevin Klein attended Brooks Institute from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film with a focus on Film/TV. In addition to their degree, they obtained further certifications in their career. In 2019, Kevin became a Triplebyte certified Generalist Software Engineer. The following year, in June 2020, they received the CA TPV Metrc Certification from Metrc.
