Eszter Szabo has extensive experience in legal work. Eszter began their career in 2012 as a Professor Assistant at Private Law at Eötvös Loránd University. In 2013 they became an Intern at Szecskay Attorneys at Law, where they conducted legal research in business law in English and French and drafted contracts and legal acts in English and French. In 2014 they became a Legal Intern at Exterde Law Firm, where they conducted legal research in business law in English and French and drafted contracts and legal acts in English and French. In 2015 they became a Legal Intern at Cabinet d'avocat de Maître Leh, where they conducted legal research in international business law in French and English, provided legal advice and drafted contracts in English and French, and assisted in preparing hearings and provided support during hearings. In 2016 they became a Legal Counsel at the Ministry of Justice, where they were responsible for notifications to the European Commission of new private international and business law standards, drafting legal reports, and conducting investigations and legal research on private international and European and Commercial law. In 2017 they became a Legal Intern at Total. In 2018 they became a Legal Counsel at Euronext, where they were responsible for negotiation, advice, and drafting of B2B sales contracts, general terms and conditions, IP/IT service contracts, and data confidentiality agreements in French and English, as well as providing legal support for operational teams. In 2020 they became a Contracts Associate at PRA Health Sciences. Eszter is currently an In-House Legal Counsel at Flowdesk.

Eszter Szabo completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Eötvös Loránd University in 2010-2015. Eszter then attended Széchenyi Istvan College for Advanced Studies from 2012-2015, studying Law & Economics. In 2014-2016, they obtained a Master’s Degree in Droit comparé from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II). Eszter also studied international private law and commercial law at Université Paris Cité from 2014 until present. Finally, they obtained a Master’s Degree in Droit international privé et du commerce international from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2016-2017, and a Droit des activités numériques from Université Paris Cité in 2018-2019.
