Jerry Rosati has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Jerry began their career in 1990 as a Quality Engineer at Lear Corporation. In 1995, they moved to Alcoa Wheel Products as a Manufacturing/Quality Manager. In 2000, they became a Lean Manufacturing Manager Consultant at American Standard. In 2001, they were hired as a Sr. Product Manager Consultant at ZF TRW, where they were responsible for turning around a project that was behind schedule. In 2002, they were a Sr. Project Manager at VEC Technology. From 2003 to 2007, they were a Sr. Quality and OpX Manager at Maxion Wheels, a Division of Iochpe Maxion. From 2007 to 2018, they were a Sr. Account Manager at Accuride Corporation. From 2018 to 2022, they were the General Manager at Wheel Pros. Currently, they are the Vice President of OE Sales at FlowBelow Aero, Inc. and a National Account Manager at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC.
Jerry Rosati received their Associate's degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Youngstown State University between 1984 and 1986. Jerry continued their studies at Youngstown State University and obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. Between 2000 and 2001, Jerry attended the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and completed MBA Coursework. Jerry graduated from Boardman High in 1983. Jerry also holds various certifications, such as a Recognition Award (Pull System Implementation), Supplier of the Year Nominee (Volvo Trucks NA), Presidents' Award (Mitigating Risk), Lean/Six Sigma Awards (Cost Savings), Impax Sales Process and Interpersonal Skills (Emotional Intelligence).
