Jatin Chandwani is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Implementation and Product at Flowace.ai, where a significant boost in workforce productivity of 31% has been achieved since February 2023. Previously, Jatin held the position of Customer Success Manager at OnlineSales.ai from June 2022 to January 2023, and prior to that, served as a Senior Customer Service Representative at GK & Associates from January 2019 to June 2022. Jatin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA) at Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Cost and Works Accounting from Modern Education Society's Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, obtained in 2018.
