Altesh Baijoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director (SA) at Flow48 since December 2023, Baijoo is also the Founder and Director of Insaaph Capital and an Advisor at Loyal VC. Previous positions include Founding Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer at The Cape Town Stock Exchange, Director and Chief Commercial Officer at RainFin (Pty) Ltd, and Founder and CEO of TheFuturesMuse. Baijoo's career commenced at British American Tobacco in several managerial capacities. Altesh Baijoo holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Master in Finance from INSEAD and a Master in Futures Studies from Stellenbosch Business School, along with professional development programs from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and Yale University.
