Carolina Santecchia is an accomplished engineering manager at Flow Traders, leading a software development team of over 15 engineers to execute technical and business strategies while defining strategic roadmaps for product integration and technical improvements. Previously, Carolina served as a senior project manager, overseeing multiple teams in implementing trading software initiatives, and held roles in middle office analysis at JPMorgan Chase & Co., product management at Matba Rofex, junior trading at Europrop Trading, and finance coordination for the City Council of Villa Gobernador Gálvez. Carolina holds a specialization in finance from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and a degree in accounting and finance from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, complemented by training from the Rosario Board of Trade.
