Marcus Lefton is a performance coach who has worked with athletes at the professional and collegiate level. Marcus began their career as a Jr. Coach with Sparta Performance Science, where they administered force plate scans and helped design training programs for athletes. Marcus also had the opportunity to work with the Santa Clara University baseball team. In 2014, Marcus left Sparta Performance Science to become a physical performance coach for the Colorado Rockies. In this role, they worked with players to improve their strength, conditioning, and overall performance. Marcus also helped compile data and run trials for the Rockies' research and development department. In 2019, Marcus left the Rockies to become a Peak Performance Coach at Flow Research Collective. In this role, they work with athletes to help them reach their peak performance levels.
Marcus Lefton holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Oregon University. Marcus is certified in CPR & AED from the American Red Cross, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and RSCC from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Marcus is also certified in TPI from TPI (Golf Health and Fitness).
