Sanya Ivanovic, MHRM, currently serves in a People role at Flow since July 2022. Prior experience includes the position of Global Human Resources Manager - Strategic Communications at FTI Consulting from September 2021 to July 2022, and a tenure at Spencer Stuart from March 2018 to September 2021, where Sanya held the titles of Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resource Analyst. Sanya's earlier career featured a role as a Senior Outsourcing Client Specialist at Alight Solutions from July 2016 to March 2018 and an internship as a Business Delivery Intern at Aon Hewitt in the summer of 2015. Sanya holds a Master of Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
