Nir Malchy is an experienced professional in client support and technical fields, currently serving as the Client Support Manager at Flourish Software since May 2019. Previously, Nir held the position of Senior Technical Support Consultant at Credit Repair Cloud, focusing on optimizing technical support teams and establishing client success processes. With a strong background in support management from roles at TeamUnify, LLC, and earlier experience as a Head Instructor at Sea-Gal Israel's yacht club, Nir has a solid foundation in training and operational leadership.
