Tahisha Victor, MSW, currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Development Officer at Flourish Agenda, Inc. since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles at San Francisco 49ers Academy, where responsibilities as Executive Director and Deputy Director encompassed organizational strategy, program delivery, and administration. At MyPath, Tahisha held the position of Senior Manager of Technical Assistance, overseeing strategic partnerships and program innovation. Additional experience includes positions at Northeast Parent & Child Society, Advocates for Human Potential, Inc., NYS Department of the State, All Metro Health Care, Citizen Action of New York, Troy Boys and Girls Club, and the NYS Office of Mental Health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pace University.
