Stephanie M. Ervin is an accomplished founder and coach at Feathership Coaching & Consulting, providing personalized coaching and leadership development since January 2018. Additionally, Stephanie serves as a Healing Centered Engagement Practitioner at Flourish Agenda, Inc. and a Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence. Experience includes roles as a Program Design and Delivery Consultant for SF-CESS and previously at Leading Educators, as well as co-founding Engage Mindfully to promote mindfulness and inclusion. Prior roles include Chief Program and Culture Officer at HiveQuest and supervisory positions within the San Francisco Unified School District.
