Hal Burrell is a graphic designer currently employed by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction since September 2023. Previously, Hal served as a creative apprentice and creative intern at French/West/Vaughan, where responsibilities included delivering client projects, effective time management, and fostering communication within teams. Hal holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Advertising & Graphic Design from Wake Technical Community College and possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
