Lucas Ferracioli Meleti has extensive experience in logistics and production planning, currently serving in the Logistics department at FLORMEL • Alimentos Saudáveis since January 2019. Responsibilities include freight negotiation, logistics operation management, and strategic KPI reporting. Lucas has also led projects focusing on cost reduction and process automation. Previously, Lucas held roles as Production Planner and Competitive Intelligence specialist at FLORMEL, enhancing production processes and developing performance indicators. Earlier experiences include an internship at Fundação Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Franca, where Lucas led Kaizen audits and improved administrative processes, and another internship at the Secretaria Municipal da Educação de Franca, focusing on online management tools and public engagement. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Centro Universitario de Franca, achieved in 2020.
