Rovena Pando serves as the CFO for FloridaMakes since July 2015, where responsibilities include enhancing the competitive ability and profitability of Florida manufacturers through tailored services. Prior to this role, Rovena was a Senior Accountant at DVIRC from March 2012 to July 2015, overseeing accounting and finance functions, including financial statement preparation and analytics. Experience also includes positions at the University of Pennsylvania, where Rovena held various roles, including Associate Director of Budget & Finance and Manager of Fiscal Operations, focusing on financial resource management and budget preparation for multiple departments. Rovena holds a Master's degree in Government Administration & Public Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, and International Business from Drexel University.
