Meghan Ortiz has extensive experience in educational management and customer success, currently serving as Sales Lead Manager, Service & Support at FlexPoint Education Cloud since October 2021. In addition to this role, Meghan has held positions including Customer Success Account Manager and National Growth Implementation Manager at FlexPoint, which is a trademark of Florida Virtual School. Prior to FlexPoint, Meghan worked at Florida Virtual School from September 2015, taking on various roles such as Implementation Manager, Education Leader, Course Instructor, and Academic Integrity Specialist.
