Nicolette Hoffman is an experienced professional in government affairs and communications, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Government Affairs at the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences since September 2023, and as Government Relations Manager at the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association since June 2021. Past roles include Events and Marketing Coordinator at the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, Licensing and Administrative Manager at Citilabs, and Corporate Communications Manager at Quest Corporation of America, Inc. Additionally, Nicolette has valuable experience as a Public Affairs/Communications Research Intern at The Hawthorn Group and a Press Intern for the Senate Commerce Committee. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
