Kathy Stemke L.C.S.W, BACS has extensive experience in the field of behavioral health, currently serving as the Assistant Behavioral Health Director at Florida Parishes Human Services Authority since September 2017. Previously, Kathy held positions including Mental Health Program Director B and Behavioral Health Clinic Supervisor at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as District Forensic Coordinator and Mental Health Program Director B at East Louisiana Mental Health System from August 2015 to September 2017, as well as holding roles such as Mental Health Program Director B and Social Services Manager at Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority from 2002 to August 2015. Kathy's educational background includes a Master's in Social Work from Southern University, obtained between 1992 and 1995, alongside attendance at St. Mary's Dominican High School.
