Wendy Mulford Romans is an experienced healthcare management professional with a focus on patient care and clinic operations. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Patient Care at Florida Orthopaedic Institute since May 2016, Wendy has held various positions including Clinic Operations Manager and Satellite Clinic Manager, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, staffing, and improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement. Previous experience includes roles at Mary Lanning Healthcare as Clinic Manager and in Coding and Reimbursement, as well as eight years as Office Manager at Robert L.
