Caroline Swain currently serves as the Senior Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review and works as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, positions held since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Associate at Jones Day from May 2024 to July 2024, a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida from June to August 2023, and a Legal Intern at AssuredPartners from May 2021 to August 2022. Caroline Swain is pursuing a Doctor of Law at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a degree in English from the University of Florida, completed in May 2022. Education began at Trinity Preparatory School, culminating in a High School Diploma in May 2019.
