Eliana Guzman currently serves as the Associate Director of Innovative Education and Student Success at Florida International University since June 2020, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at the University of Miami from June 2017 to June 2020 and as a Program Associate at Florida International University from November 2011 to June 2017. Eliana Guzman obtained a Master's Degree in International/Global Studies-Education from Florida International University between 2014 and 2016, following a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution from 2010 to 2013.
