Stefan Joe-Yen is an experienced professional in the fields of computer information systems and software engineering. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Florida Institute of Technology since August 2019, Stefan previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Bohemia Interactive Simulations from October 2022 to March 2024. Stefan's extensive background includes a long tenure at Northrop Grumman Corporation from July 2004 to 2020, where the role of Principal R&D Engineer was undertaken. Academically, Stefan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Physiology from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Premedical Studies with a focus on Quantitative Psychology and Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Early education was completed at Stuyvesant High School in New York City.
