Kelly Parker is an experienced Education and Policy Analyst at Florida Hospital Association since June 2023. Previously, Kelly served as a Regulatory Analyst Supervisor at the Agency for Health Care Administration from June 2019 to July 2021, overseeing the Medicaid Supplemental Payment Unit and developing methodologies for various payment programs. Prior to that, Kelly held the position of Research and Statistics Consultant, assisting with budgetary analyses of the Florida Medicaid Program. Earlier experience includes teaching mathematics and chemistry at North Florida Christian School from August 2017 to May 2019, along with supporting extracurricular activities. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Florida State University, earned between 2015 and 2017.
