Lara has previously held the position of Director of Service Excellence at Howard County General Hospital and Director, Guest Relations and Volunteer Services at Sinai Hospital. Lara has also been Manager, Guest Relations at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
Lara Klick has dedicated their career to improving the patient experience. Lara is an expert in data analysis related to the patient experience, including CAHPS surveys, Press Ganey surveys and comments, patient complaints and grievances. Lara provides feedback to all levels of the patient care team, from Board of Trustees to front line team members. In addition to their strategic guidance, Lara also has operational oversite of the CMS regulated patient grievance process and Joint Commission requirements related to patient complaints and grievances.

Lara Klick has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education from Duquesne University and is currently working as a high school English teacher at Northwestern High School. Lara is also working on their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Western Governors University.
