Jeanine Alfieri-Morsell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in payroll management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources / Payroll Manager at Florida Drilling, Jeanine has overseen the implementation and maintenance of payroll processing systems since July 2019. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist at Tellus, LLC, and Human Resources Generalist at Team Focus Insurance Group, where Jeanine addressed employee relations issues and implemented company policies. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Cohen & Slamowitz LLP and New York College of Health Professions, as well as specialist roles at Air Techniques Inc. and Canon USA. Jeanine holds multiple degrees from New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Briarcliffe College, with a Master's Degree in Health Professions and a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Studies.
