Jackie Schaffer serves as the Enterprise Applications Strategy Lead at Florida Digital Service since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as REACH Office - Data and Systems with the State of Florida from February 2022 to April 2024, and Data Systems Manager for the Child Protection Team and Sexual Abuse Treatment Program at Florida Health from March 2019 to February 2022. Jackie also held the position of Agency Incident Manager at Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities from June 2015 to March 2019, leading operational stream efforts for critical incident reporting. Earlier experience at the Florida Department of Health involved various responsibilities in legislative analysis, data management, and project implementation from July 2010 to June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science in Public Policy Analysis from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee State College.
