Jayne Berger is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Florida Crystals since August 2021, Jayne has previously held significant positions, including VP of Corporate Legal and General Counsel at ION Media Networks from May 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, Jayne worked as a Legal Consultant and Corporate Legal Counsel for WHM LLC / BRE Hotels and Resorts between February 2013 and January 2019, and served as Associate General Counsel and Law Clerk at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts from June 2009 to February 2013. Jayne Berger holds degrees from American University and Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
