Jane Robinson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support. Currently serving as an IT Site Support Specialist at Florida Crystals since May 2022, Jane previously held the role of Desktop Support Technician II at The E.W. Scripps Company following its acquisition of ION Media Networks in January 2021. Jane's career at ION Media Networks spanned two decades, from December 2000 to December 2020, where responsibilities included assisting employees with software, hardware, and connectivity issues, as well as collaborating with the IT department and external vendors to enhance service quality.
