Donald Russell is a skilled engineer currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Packaging Engineer at Florida Crystals since September 2023. Previously, Donald held the position of Project Engineer at Worsham Brothers, Inc. from May 2022 to July 2023 and completed a Project Engineer Internship. Prior to this engineering experience, Donald managed the front of house operations at Smith Restaurant from January 2017 to October 2021. Donald earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, where studies were pursued from September 2019 to May 2023.
