Ted Charron has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ted has held various leadership positions in different companies.
Starting from 1979, Charron worked at The Foxboro Company, where they began as an Application Engineer and eventually became the Director of Software Development. During their time at Foxboro, they also took on roles as the Manager of Educational Services and the Director of Worldwide Technical Support.
In 1999, Charron joined Softrax as the Director of Account Management, a position they held until 2002. Ted then moved on to Campus Management, where they served as the Vice President of Client Services from 2002 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2006, Charron worked at SAXOTECH Corp. as the Executive Vice President of Client Services. Following that, they joined Infinity Business Systems in 2006 as the Vice President of Operations. At Infinity Business Systems, Charron implemented several projects, including the implementation of CRM using AutoTask and Kasaya for remote monitoring of customer devices.
In 2010, Charron joined Treasure Coast Hospice as the Chief Information Officer, responsible for IT, Informatics, and Medical Records. Ted started at Treasure Coast Hospice as a consultant and was eventually hired full-time after three months. Charron remained in this role until February 2017.
Since 2011, Charron has been working at Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. as the Chief Information & Security Officer. Florida Community Health Centers is a leader in Florida's primary and preventive health care services, offering comprehensive primary health care through a network of health centers. Charron's role focuses on information and security management.

Ted Charron began their education in 1974 at the Community College of Rhode Island, where they pursued an associate's degree in Instrumentation. Ted spent two years at this institution before moving on to Northeastern University in 1976. At Northeastern University, Charron studied Information Technology and earned their Bachelor of Science in IT in 1979. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Bryant University, beginning in 1982. Charron pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management, which they successfully obtained in 1986.
