Jennifer Trujillo possesses extensive experience in case management and training within the social work field. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Case Management Trainer, Case Manager Supervisor, and Case Manager at Florida Community Care since November 2018. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Full Case Manager at the Family Resource Center of South Florida from November 2015 to November 2018. Jennifer's experience also includes serving as a Case Manager at CHARLEE Program of Dade County and as a Male Floor Case Manager at Covenant House Florida. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.
