Michelle Sheldon has extensive experience in ticket operations, starting in 1997 as Assistant Box Office Manager at The Lakeland Center. In 2000, they joined Florida Citrus Sports as Sr. Director of Ticket Operations. Michelle later progressed to the role of Senior Vice President, where they currently work.

Michelle Sheldon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
