Ingrid R. has extensive experience in facilitation, case management, and behavioral therapy. Currently serving as a Group Facilitator for the City of Miami Beach since 2018, Ingrid enhances parent-child interactions through psychoeducation and positive behavior coaching. Since October 2015, Ingrid has also been a Case Manager at Florida Care Management Services Agency, Inc., focusing on initial assessments and treatment plan preparation. Previously, as a Home Visitor Counselor for The Parent-Child Home Program, Ingrid improved literacy skills for young children from 2014 to 2017.
