Ian Benson is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Flores Automation since April 2024, with previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Engineering Specialists, Inc. from April 2020 to March 2024. At Engineering Specialists, Inc., responsibilities included machine design, component specification, and the creation of weldments and fixtures using various materials. Prior to that, Ian held the position of Engineer II at Generac Power Systems from December 2004 to December 2014, where duties encompassed BOM creation, technical drawing oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ian also served as a stay-at-home dad and pursued a Master’s Degree in Theology at Trinity International University from 2015 to 2019. Ian has been an Elder at Brew City Church since March 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
