Tessa Nanninga is an experienced professional in the horticulture industry, currently serving as the initiator of The Ladies' Circle since January 2023, a platform designed for women in leadership roles in Dutch horticulture to share knowledge and inspiration. Tessa's extensive career at Florensis spans from February 2006, progressing through roles as Purchase Planner, Production Manager, and currently as Supply Chain Manager since July 2011. Prior experiences include positions as Production Manager at Silze GmbH and Dümmen Orange. Tessa holds an MBA in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has additional educational credentials from Nyenrode Business University, Stream, and Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag.
