Melissa Cavanna Morales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban practices and research. Currently serving as a Researcher at Florensis since March 2022, Melissa is also the Partner and Founder of MOCAconsulting Int., where the role of CEO is held from February 2020 until July 2024. As an Associate Partner at Huasipichanga, contributions focus on promoting sustainable urban practices and community engagement. Previously, Melissa held positions such as General Manager at GECARO PACK, Trade Specialist at PRO ECUADOR, Vice Commissioner of the Ecuador Pavilion at EXPO 2015, and Expert in Urban Projects at INMOBILIAR, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban Economic Geography from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
