Melanie Palazzolo is a skilled professional with extensive experience in clinical research and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Services at Florence Healthcare since October 2021, Melanie has successfully led customer implementations of the Florence eConsent software while collaborating closely with clients to align with their internal goals. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at ACV Centers as a Clinical Research Coordinator, designing and managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with GCP.
