Arturo Bátiz has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Arturo began their career as an Asistente Técnico in the Área de T.I. of the Departamento General de Administración del Despacho del C. for the Gobierno del Estado de Hidalgo. Arturo then worked as an Analista for SIGSA from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for project administration, public relations, and negotiation, as well as technical and financial documentation, analysis and processing of information, and logistical processes. From 2015 to 2020, Arturo worked as a Gerente General for Off Party Club, an Ejecutivo de Negocios for Banamex, a Ejecutivo Universal and Gerente de Sucursal for AT&T, and a Cofundador for Maconda - Lugar de Sueños. In 2020, they began working as a Terapeuta Alternativo for Arturo Bátiz and, in 2022, they became a Sales Associate for FloraWorks and a Lead Generation Sales Associate for Remote Team Solutions.

Arturo Bátiz obtained a Maestría en Innovación para el Desarrollo Empresarial from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2012 to 2017, with a focus on innovation from an administrative and technological perspective. Arturo also obtained a Licenciatura en Informática from Instituto Tecnológico Latinoamericano from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Técnico en Mecanografía y Computación from Nuevo Colegio Contiental Americano in August 2006, and is currently an Asesor de Fondos de Inversión with Asociación Mexicana de Intermediarios Bursátiles AMIB.
