Pheodor Mundia serves as the Head of Marketing for East and Southern Africa at Upfield since April 2023. Previously, Pheodor held several senior roles at Unilever from September 2014 to April 2023, including Senior Global Sustainability Manager and Regional Category Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategic marketing initiatives, leading sustainability programs, managing key partnerships, and driving business growth in East Africa. Pheodor co-founded the National Business Compact on COVID-19 Kenya to enhance stakeholder alignment during the pandemic and has contributed significantly to the Marketing Society of Kenya in various leadership capacities. Pheodor's professional journey includes positions at SABMiller and early experience in sales and talent management with MYISP LTD and AIESEC, complemented by advanced education in business administration and international marketing.
