Merve Demirtas is a seasoned professional in product development and project management within the food industry, currently serving as the R&D Global Digital Process and System Manager at Upfield since September 2023. Previously, Merve held the position of R&D Chocolate Decorations Technical Lifecycle Expert & Project Lead at Barry Callebaut Group, focusing on innovation process methodologies and SAP transition projects. Merve's extensive experience at Upfield includes roles in global healthy lifestyle initiatives, kids' nutrition, and regional project management across North Africa and the Middle East. Earlier career milestones include a research and development specialist role at Ülker and internships at Golf Dondurma, Eti, and Özlem Et ve Et Mamülleri San.
