Kurniadi Setiawan currently serves as the Head of Finance at Upfield since November 2021, leading the finance team for the iconic brand “Blue Band” in the Indonesian market as part of Upfield Global. Prior to this role, Kurniadi held the position of Finance Controller at Hoya Vision Care from July 2020 to November 2021, overseeing all finance functions and ensuring operational efficiency. Kurniadi also worked as a Senior FP&A Manager at Cargill from January 2019 to February 2020, collaborating closely with various teams to enhance business operations and compliance. Earlier experience includes significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company from 2009 to 2018, where responsibilities spanned various finance positions, and at Roche from 1998 to 2009, progressing through several roles from General Ledger Supervisor to Financial Planning Manager.
