Katy Filley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at FloQast since January 2022, Katy previously held various customer success roles within the same company. Prior to that, Katy worked at Behr Paint Company from November 2017 to October 2021 as a Senior Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included leading a team in budget planning and managing substantial marketing expenses. Additional experience includes positions as a Program Cost & Schedule Analyst at Northrop Grumman, and internships in public relations, cost management, and veterinary care. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies with an Economic Focus and a minor in Business Management from UC San Diego.
