Sofie Van Heucke's work experience begins in 2007 at t-groep, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant until 2011. During this time, they selected and recruited candidates for fixed-term and temporary positions, conducted candidate interviews and job assessments, and formatted candidate and profile descriptions.

In 2011, Sofie joined Hays as a Senior Consultant in Engineering & Technology. Their responsibilities included identifying highly qualified candidates for management and engineering positions, analyzing market needs, building relationships with clients and companies, and working closely with HR units, BP, and HR managers. Sofie held this position until 2017.

From 2016 to 2019, Sofie worked at Hays as the Team Leader for Engineering & Technology in West-Vlaanderen. In this role, they managed a team of four HR professionals, monitored results and targets for continuous growth, conceived and coordinated employer marketing actions, and engaged in key account management activities such as telephone prospecting, customer visits, and price negotiations.

In 2019, Sofie became the Team Leader for Construction & Property at Hays. Their responsibilities included business development for the Construction & Property division in Geneva, initializing market analysis, implementing a strong candidate attraction strategy, and engaging in key account management activities, such as day-to-day contact with prospects and clients and contract negotiation. Sofie held this role until joining Floorify in December 2020.

Currently, Sofie Van Heucke is employed at Floorify as a Sales professional. Starting in December 2020, their role involves sales activities for the company. Sofie was later promoted to the position of National Sales Director in January 2023.

Sofie Van Heucke pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2003, they attended Ghent University and completed their Master's degree in Criminology in 2007. Later, in 2019, they obtained additional certifications in "Cursus loon- en personeelsadministratie" from Syntra West and "Sociale Wetgeving en Preventiebeleid inzake uitzendarbeid" from Federgon. Additionally, from 2020 to 2021, Sofie attended VIVES/Brugge Business School, where they pursued a Postgraduaat in HRM.
