Elizabeth Brinkley-Teegardin possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Floor & Decor since June 2019, where previous roles included Department Manager. Prior to this, Elizabeth spent over a decade at The Home Depot from October 2007 to June 2019, advancing through various positions including Operations Assistant Store Manager and Specialty Assistant Store Manager. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from ITT Technical Institute-Arnold, completed in 2009.
