Serena Bethle is an accomplished branding and marketing professional with extensive experience in database management, social media, and content creation. Currently serving as the Brand Manager at Floor Authority since May 2022, Serena focuses on enhancing customer experiences through innovative flooring solutions. Previously, Serena held the role of Database Marketing Manager at Brittain Resorts & Hotels, where management of 17 databases and the execution of successful marketing campaigns resulted in significant revenue generation.
