Ron Blaize is an experienced operations and customer service leader with a strong background in managing large teams and enhancing operational efficiency across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of National Field Operations at Flock Safety, Ron oversees a team of over 150 technicians in North America, ensuring the success of installations and maintenance projects. Previously, Ron held senior roles at VXI Global Solutions and GigaMonster Networks, managing call center operations and customer care initiatives. With a history of directing sizable teams in high-pressure environments, including Ackerman Security and Wipro BPS, Ron has consistently demonstrated expertise in both technical support and customer relations. Ron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a concentration in Management from Strayer University.
