Iti has a strong background in customer engagement and retention, with experience spanning several companies in this field. Currently serving at FloBiz since February 2022, Iti previously worked at Mbizsol Pvt Ltd from July 2020 to September 2021, and at Fyle as a Customer Engagement Executive from October 2019 to June 2020. Prior roles include Sales Coordinator for Account Management at Target Integration from October 2018 to September 2019 and Sales Development Representative at LeadSquared from June 2017 to July 2018. Iti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from the Hyderabad School of Business, obtained from 2014 to 2016.
