David Le has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition and product development. David began their career as a Nutrition Education Manager at Sodexo in March 2013 and worked there until June 2014. David then worked as a Laboratory Researcher at the University of Colorado from January 2015 to May 2016. Following this, David worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from May 2016 to September 2017. David then joined Threshold Enterprises as a Research & Development Scientist II in September 2017 and worked there until September 2018. In 2018, they also started working as an Adjunct Professor of Nutritional Science and Sports Nutrition at Pasadena City College from July 2018. From September 2018 to March 2023, David held the position of Manager of Product Development & Research Scientist at goop.com. Currently, they serve as the Director of Product Development at O Positiv, starting from March 2023.

David Le has a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. David also holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition with a specialization in Sports Nutrition from the University of Colorado.
