Natalya Matyiashkoits is an accomplished professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Flo Health Inc. since January 2021, focused on improving female health. Prior to this role, Natalya spent nearly eight years at EY in various capacities, including HR Operations Manager and HR Supervising Associate, where responsibilities encompassed HR generalist functions, business partnering, onboarding, and recruitment. Earlier in their career, Natalya held the position of Supervisor in the Audit Delivery Center, overseeing audit services outsourcing and team management, and began as an Assistant Auditor, specializing in big data processing and finance.
