Florencia Massu is a seasoned motion design professional currently serving as Motion Design Lead at Flo Health Inc. since January 2025. Previously, Florencia held the position of Senior Motion Designer at Busuu from March 2022 to July 2024, and at ViacomCBS from August 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing project workflows and producing motion graphics for digital platforms. Prior experience as Lead Animator at The Seventh Art, LLC involved overseeing animation and motion graphics for ad campaigns. Florencia's academic background includes studies at the New York Film Academy, Regent's University London, and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, complemented by strong performance in various subjects during earlier education at St Marys School Ascot.
