Francis Baillargeon is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at FLO EV Charging since 2020. Prior to this role, Francis worked at TD Bank from 2014 to 2020 in Corporate Development and Strategy, leading teams to identify and evaluate growth opportunities through acquisitions and strategic transactions in both Canadian and US markets. Francis's earlier experience includes a tenure as Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 2006 to 2014, where over $70 billion in transactions were executed across multiple industries. Additionally, Francis held positions at Grail Partners LLC and Putnam Lovell NBF, focusing on investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. Francis holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Finance from Queen's University and an International Baccalaureate in Economics from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.
